I’m David Meadows. After 25+ years at Atlanta’s top law firms, litigating complex cases for clients, I traded in my legal briefs for band saws—and I haven’t looked back. If I’m being honest, I feel like I missed my true calling. As a kid, I was always happiest when I was building treehouses in the woods, lost in the process of creating something from nothing.

Woodworking drew me in because it’s all about making something real—something functional and beautiful that can stand the test of time. After decades of negotiating contracts, I realized I wanted my work to have more meaning. Now, I find fulfillment in the act of creation itself. It's the joy of taking raw materials and transforming them into something people can use, enjoy, and appreciate in their everyday lives.
